Houston’s barbecue staple Pinkerton Barbecue are about to open up a second location. They’ve selected a spot downtown San Antonio perfect for making Texas BBQ.
Construction took place in February 2020 with Weston Urban behind the project. Now, the 8,567 square-foot BBQ paradise is about to open up at 107 W. Houston St.
The project designed by Michael G. Imber Architects designed the indoor / outdoor space that guests will be able to enjoy their delicious chopped beef, sausage, pork, ribs, brisket, chicken and all the fixin’s. We can almost smell it!
This project is part of Weston Urban’s plan for Frost Tower Park.
Pinkerton was named one of Houston’s best restaurants in 2019 by the Houston Chronicle and included in Texas Monthly’s top 50 Barbecue spots in 2017.
