SAN ANTONIO – Nov. 25, 2025 – Hotel Valencia Riverwalk is inviting guests to welcome 2026 in style with its annual New Year’s Eve Party, gourmet buffet dinner, and luxury overnight room packages. The boutique hotel, known for its refined atmosphere and riverside views, will once again transform into a sophisticated destination for holiday revelers.

This year’s celebration features upscale décor, classic cocktails, and a lavish buffet dinner served from 7 to 10 p.m. inside the Verona Ballroom. A DJ will take the stage at 10 p.m., playing party and dance music through 2 a.m. Guests will also enjoy a midnight champagne toast, balloon drop, late-night bites, and festive party favors.

Gourmet New Year’s Eve Buffet

The evening’s culinary lineup showcases a raw bar with peel-and-eat shrimp, oysters, crab, and a charcuterie station, followed by a variety of salads including wedge, winter bib with apples and goat cheese, quinoa tabouli, and a pear-tomato mozzarella salad.

Entrées include lobster stew, grilled halibut with citrus beurre blanc pineapple salsa, steamed clams in seafood jus, and chicken coq au vin.
Carving stations will feature smoked prime rib au jus and leg of lamb with mint jelly.

Side dishes include roasted asparagus with hollandaise, truffle whipped mashed potatoes, au gratin pepperjack potatoes, and crispy Brussels sprouts with pork lardons and balsamic glaze.

A dessert display will round out the feast with tiramisu, amaretto almond cheesecake, red velvet cake, macaroons, mini desserts, assorted bars, and other sweet selections.
