San Antonio, TX โ€” Hilton is bringing its upscale Signia brand to Texas with the rebranding of La Cantera Resort & Spa. The Hill Country retreat, a longtime San Antonio favorite, will soon be known as Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa, marking the brandโ€™s debut in the Lone Star State.

The 496-room resort, owned by Ohana Real Estate Investors, will continue to be managed by Hilton. The property features 34 luxury villas, an adults-only floor, and a variety of high-end amenities. Following an extensive $40 million renovation completed over 11 months, the resort is poised for its next chapter under Hiltonโ€™s growing Signia banner.

โ€œLa Cantera Resort & Spa has been a beloved destination in the Texas Hill Country for more than two decades, and weโ€™re proud to lead its next chapter as a Signia by Hilton hotel,โ€ said general manager Ben Turner. โ€œThis partnership blends the resortโ€™s rich heritage with Signiaโ€™s signature hospitality, strengthening its reputation as a premier destination for leisure and events in San Antonio.โ€

Guests can enjoy multiple dining venues, five pools, a kidsโ€™ camp, and nature trails. The property also boasts 115,000 square feet of event space, including a grand ballroom and Calera, a new 5,600-square-foot venue designed for weddings and special events.

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa will open for bookings starting October 1, 2025.

The addition of the San Antonio resort underscores Hiltonโ€™s continued investment in the Signia brand, which launched its first property in Amman earlier this year and is preparing to expand to Indianapolis in 2026.
