HELPS ENSURE NO CHILD GOES HUNGRY THIS DECEMBER

Local philanthropist Harvey E. Najim is taking action to make sure no child in San Antonio goes hungry this holiday season through a partnership with the San Antonio Food Bank. Najim is underwriting three major seasonal mobile food distributions, specifically targeting low-income families in the area. This generous support will benefit tens of thousands of children in need during December, ensuring that they experience a holiday season filled with food and cheer, rather than hunger.

Families with children in need of immediate food assistance are encouraged to pre-register for the upcoming distributions. By registering at safoodbank.org/help, families can secure their participation in one of the three mobile mega distributions.

“Harvey Najim is a great champion for children in our community, and his support this December will help ensure no child will go to bed hungry,” said Eric Cooper, President & CEO of the San Antonio Food Bank. “Harvey’s commitment is unprecedented, and it’s making a significant impact nationwide.”

The three mobile distributions will take place on December 17, 18, and 19. These events are set to provide food assistance to families in need, and each location has been selected to serve different districts, making it accessible for families across the area.
