SAN ANTONIO โ Full Goods Diner, located at the Historic Pearl, will officially close its doors on December 31, 2025, ending a three-year run as a popular brunch destination in San Antonio.
The restaurant, located at 200 E. Grayson St., Suite 120, confirmed that the closure follows a mutual decision to part ways between Full Goods Diner and Potluck Hospitality, which operated the space.
Full Goods Diner opened at the Pearl as a San Antonio expansion of Paperboy, the acclaimed Austin-based brunch concept founded by Ryan Harms. The concept brought a blend of Mexican and American flavors to the Pearl, quickly earning a following for its thoughtful menu and scratch-made offerings.
During its time in business, Full Goods Diner became known for its homemade pastries, seasonal toasts, carnitas tortas, fresh salads, and breakfast enchiladas, pairing comfort with elevated brunch staples in one of San Antonioโs most visited culinary districts.
The restaurant is expected to remain open through the end of the year, giving guests a final opportunity to dine before its last day of service on December 31. No additional details regarding a replacement concept for the space have been announced.
