Frost Bank Donates $500,000 to Support Flood Recovery Efforts in the Texas Hill Country
SAN ANTONIO, TX โ In a powerful act of compassion and solidarity, Frost Bank has announced a $500,000 grant to support flood relief and long-term recovery efforts in the Texas Hill Country, following the deadly flash floods that struck over the July 4th holiday weekend.
The grant, issued through the Frost Bank Charitable Foundation, will be directed to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund and other local organizations involved in flood recovery. The donation aims to assist the ongoing relief response and provide critical resources to help communities rebuild.
โOur hearts are with all those affected,โ said Frost in a public statement. โWeโve witnessed the incredible resilience of Texansโcoming together, supporting one another, and showing what it means to be a true neighbor.โ
In addition to the donation, Frost is also offering emergency disaster loans and has begun proactively reaching out to borrowers in impacted areas to discuss loan payment deferral options.
While no amount of aid can undo the devastation, Frostโs leadership hopes the contribution will help the Hill Country recover and rebuild toward a stronger future.
This response underscores the vital role Texas-based institutions play in uplifting communities during their most difficult moments.
