SAN ANTONIO, TX — Lace up and get ready to move as Spurs Give invites the community to take part in the Fiesta de los Spurs Run, a unique event blending fitness, Fiesta flair, and community impact.
Scheduled for Saturday, April 25, the run will take place along the official route of the Fiesta Flambeau Parade, giving participants the rare opportunity to run or walk the same path typically reserved for one of Fiesta’s most iconic nighttime parades.

Unlike a typical race, the Fiesta de los Spurs Run offers a lively atmosphere with cheering crowds lining the streets, creating an experience that feels more like a celebration than a competition.
The course spans approximately 2.8 to 3.1 miles, making it accessible for both seasoned runners and casual walkers looking to enjoy an active evening in the heart of San Antonio.
Participants are encouraged to fully embrace the Fiesta spirit by dressing in colorful attire or sporting their best Spurs gear. A costume contest will add to the festivities, with prizes awarded for standout looks.
Supporting Community Through Every Step
All proceeds from the event benefit Spurs Give, the official nonprofit of the San Antonio Spurs. Since its founding in 1988, the organization has invested more than $40 million into the San Antonio community.
Funds raised support youth programs, community initiatives, and projects like Play SA, which focuses on renovating parks and creating safe, accessible play spaces across all city districts.
Registration Details
Registration for the event is limited to 1,500 participants, with pricing as follows:
- $50 through April 24, 2026
- $55 for race day registration
- $15 for children 11 and under (shirt not included)
The race will begin at 6:30 p.m. on April 25 along the Fiesta Flambeau Parade route.
