EVO Entertainment is showing appreciation to those who are in the education or nursing field with free tickets next month for film showings.

“The nurses and teachers in our communities deserve all the recognition in the world, so we’re happy we can provide them with a little escape,” said Mitch Roberts, chief executive of EVO, which operates entertainment sites in Schertz, New Braunfels and San Marcos.

Teachers can get the free tickets to watch any movie during Teacher Appreciation Week that runs May 3 – 7. Even parents that are homeschooling are eligible. All you have to do is show your lesson plan or ID card from your school district as proof.

For nurses, they can get to watch free flicks during Nurse Appreciation Week during May 6 – 1. Nurses will have to show their ID.

There’s a catch to all these free films. It is only one ticket per customer during each day of the participating events.
