Official 2026 Cowboy Breakfast

Kicking off the official San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Bar-B-Que weekend on January 30, 2026. Bright and early in the morning – people can enjoy free breakfast tacos and free coffee. There will be a range of alcoholic beverages to get you started for purchase including beer and the rodeo’s own Surtierra Tequila.

The breakfast will be cooked on-site with a collaboration of students and professors from the University Hospitality and Culinary Department benefitting the St. Phillips College program of Culinary Arts.

Admission to the event is free and open to the public for all-ages to enjoy.
