Karol G
SAN ANTONIO, TX — April 2026 — Global music powerhouse KAROL G is bringing her next era to the world stage with the announcement of her “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour,” a sweeping international run that includes a highly anticipated stop at the Alamodome on September 2, 2026.
The tour reveal arrives on the heels of a historic milestone, as KAROL G recently became the first Latina artist to headline Coachella, delivering a performance widely praised as a defining moment for Latin music on a global scale.
Promoted by Live Nation, the Tropitour will span major stadiums across North America, Latin America, and Europe. The ambitious run will also mark another first, with KAROL G becoming the first Latina artist to headline stadium tours throughout Europe—further expanding her already historic global footprint.
San Antonio is one of several Texas cities on the tour, alongside stops in El Paso, Houston, and Arlington, positioning the Alamodome as a key destination for one of the year’s biggest live music events.
Tickets will be released beginning Monday, April 27 through multiple presale opportunities, including an exclusive artist presale for fans who register in advance. General on-sale dates will vary by city, with additional details available at karolgmusic.com. VIP packages will also be offered, featuring premium seating, exclusive merchandise, and access to pre-show lounge experiences.
The tour builds on the success of her latest album TROPICOQUETA, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart—marking her fourth consecutive chart-topping project—and delivered the largest U.S. streaming week ever for a Latin album by a female artist. Her previous Mañana Será Bonito World Tour drew more than 2.3 million fans worldwide and grossed over $300 million, solidifying her status as one of the most dominant touring artists of her generation.
With more than 117 billion career streams and over 310 RIAA Platinum certifications in the United States, KAROL G continues to break barriers while elevating Latin music on the global stage.
Her upcoming Tropitour is expected to raise the bar once again, delivering a high-energy, immersive concert experience that blends music, culture, and visual storytelling—set to light up the Alamodome this fall.
