12/5: Jesse & Joy: El Despecho Tour

Grammy-winning Mexican pop duo Jesse & Joy are set to bring their heartfelt sound and chart-topping hits to stages across the United States with their upcoming “El Despecho Tour.” Known for their emotional ballads and vibrant performances, Jesse & Joy will embark on this long-awaited tour after a string of sold-out shows throughout Latin America. Jesse & Joy’s “El Despecho Tour” will bring the tour to 713 Music Hall in Houston, TX, on December 2; McAllen Performing Arts Center in McAllen, TX, on December 3; The Aztec Theatre in San Antonio, TX, on December 5; Emo’s in Austin, TX, on December 6; The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX, on December 7; and The Plaza Theatre in El Paso, TX, on January 30.

With a career spanning nearly two decades and a loyal international fanbase, the siblings continue to prove that their music transcends borders. This U.S. tour is a new opportunity for fans to experience the iconic love songs and emotional anthems that have defined their journey  – including fan favorites like “Dueles,” “3AM,” “Ecos de Amor,” “La de la Mala Suerte,” “Ya No Quiero,” “Me Soltaste,” “Chocolate,” “¿Con Quién Se Queda el Perro?,” “Corre,” and “Lo Que Nos Faltó Decir.”

Adding to the excitement, Joy Huerta is making headlines as the first Latina to compose the soundtrack for a Broadway musical, Real Women Have Curves, which recently debuted in New York City. Her historic contribution represents a major milestone for Latin artists and showcases the exceptional talent that defines Jesse & Joy’s music. This project has earned her a nomination for Best Musical Score at the Tony Awards which holds great significance and pride, as she is the first Mexican woman to receive such recognition.
