SAN ANTONIO, TX โ With a heavy heart, the beloved local restaurant Revolutionary Wings has announced that they will permanently close their doors on Saturday, March 29th. Known for their creative, mouthwatering menu and warm hospitality, Revolutionary Wings has been a cherished culinary staple on San Antonio’s northside, near the San Antonio International Airport.
Initially starting as a food truck, Chef Joshua Paprocki and Owner Felicia Lee quickly won over locals with their innovative dishes and dedication to quality. Their popularity grew steadily, eventually allowing the ambitious duo to relocate their business to a freestanding brick-and-mortar establishment at 427 E Ramsey, off Ramsey and San Pedro Avenue.
Over the years, Revolutionary Wings became famous for their bold, flavorful creations, offering dishes such as Belgian waffles and chicken, butter and black garlic wings, and the unforgettable flaming hot Cheeto-coated wings. Customers consistently praised their signature hand-breaded, all-white-meat chicken breast, brined in buffalo sauce and buttermilk, and generously spun in house-made sauces.
From now until their final day of operation, Revolutionary Wings invites loyal patrons and community members alike to visit once moreโor even twiceโto savor their favorite dishes, reminisce, and say goodbye. The restaurant will remain open for dine-in and to-go services, accepting payments via cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo.
In a heartfelt message, the owners expressed their gratitude to the San Antonio community: โThank you to everyone that has supported us through the years. We made it this far because of you!โ
Be sure to stop by and support Revolutionary Wings one last time at 427 E Ramsey, San Antonio, TX, before the doors close permanently on March 29th.
