Dunkin’ Shows Appreciation to Healthcare Workers with Free Coffee on National Nurses Day

SAN ANTONIO (May 3, 2024) – In a heartwarming gesture of gratitude, Dunkin’ is set to offer a complimentary medium coffee to nurses nationwide on National Nurses Day, May 6th. This initiative, named the ‘Cup of Thanks’ campaign, aims to recognize and celebrate the unwavering dedication of healthcare heroes who selflessly serve their communities.

Nurses, who often work long shifts and sacrifice personal time to care for others, will be treated to a free medium hot or iced coffee at participating Dunkin’ locations across the country. Shannon Durkin, Dunkin’s Field Marketing Manager for Texas, expressed the company’s sentiment, stating, “This National Nurses Day, Dunkin’ is honored to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the nurses who serve our communities day in and day out.”

The ‘Cup of Thanks’ offer requires no purchase and is available exclusively to nurses on May 6th, 2024. Dunkin’ hopes to provide these healthcare professionals with a well-deserved coffee break as a token of appreciation for their tireless efforts.

Adding an extra touch of sweetness to the celebration, Dunkin’ introduces its newly released Donut Swirl, allowing nurses to customize their complimentary coffee with a shot of blueberry or vanilla flavor.

The offer is open to all nurses, with no ID required, and is limited to one per guest. Exclusions apply, including Frozen Coffee, and additional charges may apply for espresso shots, flavors, dairy alternatives, and cold foam. Participation may vary, and terms and conditions are applicable.

As National Nurses Day approaches, Dunkin’ encourages everyone to join in expressing gratitude to these dedicated healthcare professionals who play an essential role in keeping communities safe and healthy.
