SAN ANTONIO โ€” Centro San Antonio and the City of San Antonio have introduced the first centralized holiday tree lot in downtown, giving residents, workers, and visitors a convenient new way to bring home a real Christmas tree this season.

The holiday tree lot, located at Travis Park, marks the first time a walkable, community-centered option for purchasing fresh holiday trees has been available in the heart of the city. The activation aims to make a timeless tradition more accessible to those who live and work downtown while adding a new element to the areaโ€™s longstanding holiday festivities.

Holiday Hills Christmas Trees โ€” a family-owned grower and retailer serving South Texas since 1988 โ€” is operating the tree lot in partnership with Centro San Antonio and the City of San Antonio. Premium Parking and Alamo Parking are also supporting the effort by providing convenient, paid parking options at four nearby locations within steps of Travis Park.

The tree lot will operate from November 28 through December 23. Hours are Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Delivery services are available through Holiday Hills Christmas Trees for those who prefer a drop-off option.

Parking is offered at the following partner locations:

  • 240 Broadway St.

  • 119 N. Alamo St.

  • 201 N. Alamo St.

  • 118 Broadway St.

The new offering reinforces downtown San Antonioโ€™s role as a cherished holiday destination, extending long-held traditions with a fresh experience. Organizers say the tree lot allows families, residents, and visitors to take home a piece of downtownโ€™s holiday spirit in a simple, accessible way.
