“We’ve grown a lot over these last six years and the direction for our company and team has diversified. Deciding to transition Cookhouse to Golden Wat has been bittersweet, but we have outgrown our original dream and are looking forward to exploring the new opportunities ahead.” said the husband and wife team.
Susan’s mom owned her own noodle spot in Cambodia and had recipes passed down to her. They will share their passion and flavor with San Antonio.
The remainder of the month is your chance to enjoy a decadent 3-course meal that features the past and present favorites. Reservations are required.
On another note, the couple owns Bud’s Southern Rotisserie at the Bottling Dept Food Hall inside the Historic Pearl Brewery complex will remain unaffected by these changes.
