Clementine Unveils December Culinary Experiences to Close Out 2025

CASTLE HILLS, Texas — Clementine, the acclaimed neighborhood restaurant known for its seasonal, globally inspired cuisine, is wrapping up 2025 with a robust lineup of culinary events designed to celebrate community, creativity, and year-end indulgence. From intimate chef-driven dinners to festive celebrations on the patio, the restaurant is offering a variety of experiences for San Antonio diners throughout December.

Champagne Magnum Dinner – December 4

Clementine launches its monthlong festivities with a sparkling toast to the season. On Thursday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m., guests can enjoy a five-course pre-set dinner paired with champagne poured from magnum bottles.
Chefs John and Elise Russ will guide diners through a globally inspired menu featuring signature creations such as Lay’s Potato Chip Tortilla Española, Linguine alle Vongole, Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Biscuits, and a Pink Apple Almond Tart.
Seats are limited, with reservations available exclusively through OpenTable.

The Twelve-Seat Beef Wellington Experience – December 12–30

A Clementine favorite returns this month: the restaurant’s sought-after Beef Wellington. Offered to just 12 diners per night from Dec. 12 through Dec. 30, the exclusive experience is priced at $105 per person.
Guests wishing to participate may reserve through OpenTable and include “Beef Wellington” in the reservation notes.

Truffle Feed Me – December 18–30

Clementine will introduce its limited-time Truffle Feed Me dinner beginning Dec. 18. The five-course prix-fixe menu celebrates the aroma, texture, and flavor of truffle through a curated lineup of seasonal dishes.
This intimate experience is also limited to 12 guests per evening, and reservations must include “Truffle Feed Me” in the notes when booking on OpenTable.

Patio & Pearls – December 18

A beloved Clementine tradition returns for its final gathering of the year on Thursday, Dec. 18. Guests can enjoy freshly shucked oysters, an extensive wine selection, live music by Chris Guerrero, and the full dinner menu.
With no cover charge, the evening offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere ideal for unwinding under the open sky.

Friday Lunch: Holiday Edition – December 19

Clementine will host its one-day-only holiday lunch on Friday, Dec. 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The special midday menu, priced at $59 per person, features festive flavors crafted by the restaurant’s culinary team. Reservations are encouraged.

The Clementine Countdown Dinner – New Year’s Eve

Chefs John and Elise Russ will close out the year with a celebratory four-course prix-fixe dinner on Wednesday, Dec. 31, served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Diners may choose between two signature dishes per course, with highlights including truffle and white bean cream, cacio e pepe, country-fried quail, and Barolo-braised beef short rib.
Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of champagne to toast the arrival of 2026. Limited seating is available, and reservations can be made through OpenTable.
