San Antonio’s culinary scene is set for a one-night collaboration as Clementine partners with Isidore for a special installment of the Texas Anthology Dinner Series on Thursday, March 26.

The event will bring together two kitchens known for their commitment to seasonal Texas ingredients and thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking. Hosted at Isidore, located at 221 Newell Ave., the dinner offers guests a unique opportunity to experience Clementine’s acclaimed menu outside of its Castle Hills home.

James Beard Award finalist Chef John Russ, alongside pastry chef Elise Russ, will showcase a selection of Clementine’s signature dishes for the evening. The lineup includes fan favorites such as the white mushroom salad, ricotta cavatelli, the restaurant’s well-known burger, and the Clementine Crunch Bar.

The menu will be offered à la carte, allowing guests to curate their own dining experience by pairing Clementine classics with dishes from Isidore’s Michelin-starred team. The collaboration highlights a shared philosophy between the two restaurants, centered on seasonal cooking, local sourcing, and a deep respect for ingredients.

The dinner will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., giving diners a limited-time opportunity to explore the combined culinary vision of two of San Antonio’s standout kitchens.

As part of the Texas Anthology Dinner Series, the event continues to spotlight chefs and concepts that are shaping the region’s evolving food landscape, bringing together talent and flavors for a collaborative dining experience.
