Clementine’s monthly Friday Lunch series will transport guests to the Italian Riviera with a menu inspired by Laurel Evans’ The Cookbook: Recipes from the Italian Riviera. Revisiting a fan-favorite theme first introduced in 2022, this updated three-course menu will feature torta di cipolle (onion tart), gnocchi di castagne (chestnut gnocchi), and burrida (fisherman’s stew), among other Ligurian classics.
