Cibolo’s newest upscale seafood grill restaurant opens

Mako’s on the Creek just opened up their doors in Cibolo on Wednesday, June 15th at 5pm. Executive Chef Halston Connella who is a 2004 graduate of Clemens High School traveled around the United States serving in the U.S. Air Force. On his journey, he experience great food but nothing could compete with Texas hospitality and the beauty of the Hill Country.

Mako’s takes on that hospitality with a combination of global flavors that Connella brought back to his home state.

The menu consists of hot and cold appetizers such as grilled octopus, smoked pork belly, hamachi crudo, poke bowls and other flavors. The main course you can choose from sea, land or greens. The bar has beers on tap or by the can or bottle and a array of signature cocktails and spirits.

Reservations aren’t required but recommended.

Mako’s is open 6 days a week with different hours.

Sun – Mon: 5p – 9p

Tues: Closed

Wed & Thurs: 5p – 10p

Fri & Sat: 5p – 11p with a late night menu at 10p
