- Continued Emergency and Surgical Care: CHRISTUS Children’s in downtown San Antonio will maintain full-service emergency and surgical capacity.
- Transition Support for Staff: CHRISTUS Health will work to transition CHRISTUS Associates from the Medical Center to other area facilities.
“Our patients and Associates remain our top priority,” said Grant Wicklund, chief executive officer of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System. “This decision was made with the well-being of our community in mind, and we are committed to ensuring a seamless transition of care.”
