The reconstruction of Chris Madrid’s burger joint may be opening their doors welcoming customers by the end of August according to a social media update post.
Constructions crews are quickly working on putting up the plywood walls, working on the patio area and a brand new building that can host private parties.
Richard Peacock, the owner had bought the business from the Madrid family. Shortly after the purchase, a devastating fire gutted the interior of the building in October 2017.
To stay in business, Peacock got a food truck and started cooking burgers, fries and other items in there. A storage unit close by served as a hub to get your drinks and patrons could dine in a covered tent with tables and seating.
