Add Ceviche Ceviche on your list of new ceviche spots to try out in San Antonio. According to a press release, Chef Ceasar Zepada is about to open up his new 1,200 square foot cev in the Blanco Market Shopping Center located at Blanco Rd. and 1604.
Ceviche Ceviche will offer up sangrias, local, domestic and imported beer and wine, also michelada flights. The restaurant will feature a build-your-own option with 12 to 15 different topping varieties and the fresh veggies and fruits to add.
