Beloved local chef Jason Dady is set to delight food enthusiasts during the highly anticipated San Antonio Restaurant Weeks 2024. From August 10 to August 24, Chef Dady’s acclaimed restaurants—Jardín, Tre Trattoria, Range, and Roca & Martillo—will offer specially curated prix fixe menus, providing an exceptional dining experience at an incredible value.
Hosted by Culinaria, San Antonio’s culinary arts and education nonprofit, Restaurant Weeks is an annual celebration that brings together the city’s finest chefs and restaurants. This year, guests can indulge in what Chef Dady calls a “Dady Dine Around,” an opportunity to experience the diverse culinary offerings of his four restaurants.
Each restaurant will showcase its own unique three or four-course prix fixe menu, available for both lunch and dinner. With lunch prices starting at $20 and dinner at $35, diners can savor exquisite dishes like the Cauliflower Bisque and Parmigiano Fried Chicken Sandwich at Roca & Martillo, Pan Roasted Ora King Salmon at Range, Cacio e Pepe “Deviled Eggs” at Tre Trattoria, and Beef Kefta Kabobs at Jardín. For an even more memorable experience, optional add-ons such as housemade spritzes and wine pairings will be available.
Roca & Martillo will feature lunch for $20 and dinner for $55, offering selections like the Tuscan Bolognese and Brisket Lasagna. Tre Trattoria, known for its Tuscan Italian cuisine, will serve lunch for $30 and dinner for $45, with highlights like Pulled-to-Order Mozzarella and “Crispy Skin” Rainbow Trout. At Jardín, diners can enjoy Mediterranean-inspired dishes with lunch priced at $20 and dinner at $35, including Slow Braised Lamb Ragout Radiatore and a Mezze Sampler. Range, offering elevated steak and seafood, will provide lunch for $30 and dinner for $55, featuring options like Herb-Roasted Chicken with Brussel Sprouts and Wild Mushroom Ragu.
Each dining experience will be topped off with delectable desserts, ranging from House-made Lemon Ricotta Cake to White Chocolate Cheesecake.
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through www.jasondady.com/restaurants. The event promises to be a culinary journey that celebrates the rich flavors of San Antonio, while supporting Culinaria’s mission to promote the city’s culinary landscape and educational programs.
