San Antonio, TX — Chef Jason Dady Restaurants is welcoming the back-to-school season with a culinary celebration across three of its acclaimed dining destinations: Jardín, Range, and Tre Trattoria. From Monday, August 26 to Monday, September 2, each restaurant will feature a special three-course prix fixe menu designed to ease guests back into their routines with delicious, chef-curated dishes.

These exclusive menus showcase the best of Chef Jason Dady’s culinary prowess, offering a blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients and signature flavors across a variety of cuisines.

Jardín Menu Highlights

  • Golden Gazpacho with yellow tomato, cucumber, and golden beets
  • Mediterranean Bowl with field greens, cauliflower, tomato, cucumber, soft-boiled egg, crudité, Marcona almonds, falafel, and blood orange vinaigrette
  • White Lasagna With Lemon Ricotta, mozzarella, fontina, basil pesto, and cherry tomato jam

Range Menu Highlights

  • Mushroom Bisque
  • Casarecce with caramelized cauliflower, red onion, smoked gouda crema, pink peppercorn, and toasted hazelnuts
