Chalk It Up returns downtown in 2018

Artpace’s Chalk It Up festival brings together the community along with families and friends on Houston street downtown, which is closed off to vehicles for the free admission event happening on Saturday, October 13th from 10a.m. till 4p.m.

Let your inner artist out by participating in designing a piece of art. You don’t have to have any skills whatsoever, just enjoy the atmosphere of people letting their mind free.

There will be professionals who are showing off their skills and talents with wonderful, colorful masterpieces that you can observe right in front of your eyes. The festival type of environment will have DJ’s playing tunes and chef’s cooking up in their food trucks dishing out delicious culinary masterpieces.
