Back in September, Cake Boss star Bartolo “Buddy” Valastro had announce he is opening a “Buddy V’s Ristorante” here in San Antonio. There was no set date for the opening. Now we learned that restaurant located inside The Shops at La Cantera will be opening on January 29th at 11am.
The star had also made plans to open “Carlo’s Bake Shop” back in the fall, but still we haven’t received a timeframe on that opening.
