It was sure a wild pursuit during the spring break for the Bulverde Police department.
๐จ๐จย Pursuit results in two suspects arrests.ย ๐จ๐จ
On 3/10/23 around 10am Bulverde PD responded to a suspicious persons call at a local business off Hwy 46. As an officer arrived, the persons, who were in a vehicle, started to leave but backed into a car in the parking lot. As the officer was trying to get the two identified, the vehicle fled leading to a short pursuit on Hwy 46 with the vehicle striking a pole. The pursuing officer had the subjects at gunpoint when the suspectย reversed striking the officers patrol unit twice before fleeing and making contact with two other vehicles. A pursuit ensued south on 281 into San Antonio where the suspect vehicle began to run out of gas. One suspect hung out the window with a gas can in a desperate attempt to add fuel while the other suspect drove the fuel starved vehicle. Their efforts were futile and were taken into custody on multiple charges and warrants out of Karnes County.
PSA – If youโre planning to run from LE, donโt skimp on fuelโฆ.. thanks to the other agencies that assisted with putting these two crooks back where they belong.ย ๐๐ผ
