SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 20, 2024) โ€“ Urban Lagree, a premier boutique fitness studio, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its first San Antonio location next month. Specializing in the renowned Lagree Fitness method, Urban Lagree will officially open its doors on Monday, June 10, 2024, at 3910 McCullough Avenue in Olmos Park, offering San Antonians a new high-intensity, low-impact workout option.

To celebrate the launch, Urban Lagree will host a complimentary Open House event on Saturday, June 15, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Guests are invited to explore the studio, learn more about the Lagree Fitness method, and enjoy a variety of activities including health and wellness vendor showcases, giveaways, and music by a local DJ.

Urban Lagree’s workouts are centered around the Lagree Fitness method, which combines high-intensity strength training with low-impact exercises on the state-of-the-art Megaformer machine. The method, created by Sebastien Lagree in 1998, is celebrated worldwide and endorsed by celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian. The San Antonio studio will be the first in the city to feature the latest Megaformer model, the Mega Pro, which includes tilting platforms for enhanced workout versatility.

โ€œWe are thrilled to bring Urban Lagree to San Antonio,โ€ said co-owners and Lagree Fitness Trainers Katie Hayes and Abigayle Rosser. โ€œNothing can beat the Lagree method when it comes to toning and shaping your body. We look forward to sharing this strength training workout with this new community.โ€

Lagree Fitness is known for effectively blending strength, endurance, cardio, core stability, and flexibility into each class. The resistance training focuses on slow-twitch muscles across the entire body, promoting metabolism, burning fat, and increasing calorie expenditure. The method’s design ensures accessibility for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts.

Urban Lagree’s new location will feature a vibrant mural by local artist Joseph Ramey and is equipped with new ergonomic Mega Pro machines for an optimized fitness experience. To mark the opening, the studio is offering limited Founding Memberships with unlimited classes for $165 per month, a limited 10-Pack class for $175, and additional membership and drop-in options at $30 per class. Pre-sale memberships are currently available on their website.

Initially, the studio will offer its signature 45-minute Full Body workout. In subsequent months, additional classes catering to various fitness levels, private sessions, and group buyouts will be introduced. A detailed class schedule will be available on Urban Lagree’s website.

Owned by Abigayle Rosser and Katie Hayes, who also manage two locations in Austin and plan to open a third in South Austin, Urban Lagree is committed to fostering a fitness community that supports both physical and mental well-being. The San Antonio studio will operate seven days a week.
