SAN ANTONIO โ€” Bar 414 at The Gunter Hotel is striking a fresh chord this March, announcing a new bar menu alongside the next installment of its Live Music Residency Series. The intimate speakeasy, tucked behind a gallery wall inside the historic downtown hotel, will host a rotating lineup of jazz and blues artists every Thursday through Saturday from 9 p.m. to midnight.

The performances are free for Bar 414 patrons and pair seamlessly with the venueโ€™s newly introduced elevated bar bites, available from open to close. Guests can enjoy offerings such as Truffle Pomme Frites, curated charcuterie boards and other refined small plates while taking in live music.

Named for the room where blues legend Robert Johnson recorded in 1936, Bar 414 blends history with a moody, vintage atmosphere. Recently included in Historic Hotels of Americaโ€™s Top 25 Most Historic Speakeasies for 2025, the space continues to honor San Antonioโ€™s deep musical roots through curated performances and craft cocktails.
