There’s some good news for college football fans! The 2020 Valero Alamo Bowl will still be held this year on Tuesday, December 29th inside the Alamodome with kickoff at 8 p.m.
Usually the Alamodome can pack 65,000 fans but due to the COVID-19 pandemic attendance was reduced to 11,000 fans spread out socially distanced throughout the dome.
Two top teams from the Big 12 and Pac-12 conference compete for the Valero Alamo Bowl trophy.
The game will be aired on prime time on ESPN live.
