The Thru the annual Chute Boat Race & River Expo is back, promising a day filled with thrills, spills, and plenty of pirate-worthy fun.
Located at 462 E. Mills, New Braunfels, TX 78130, the City Tube Chute serves as the epicenter of this annual cardboard boat race extravaganza. Competitors from far and wide will converge to showcase their ingenuity and craftsmanship as they launch their handmade boats down the tube chute.
As spectators line the banks of the Comal River, they’ll witness the spectacle of boats of all shapes and sizes vying for victory. From sleek speed demons to whimsically themed creations, there’s no shortage of creativity on display.
But the excitement doesn’t end with the races. Between heats, guests are invited to participate in a variety of educational and imaginative activities hosted by event partners. Whether it’s learning about river conservation or engaging in hands-on crafting, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
