There’s a new restaurant coming to the opposite side of The Rim at 17422 Fiesta Texas Drive in building 3. Redlands Grill will be opening up on March 29, 2021 and they’re currently hiring for staff.
The restaurant features starters, salads, burgers & sandwiches, steaks & prime rib and desserts made in house as stated on their menu.
Redlands Grill was founded in 1991 by Lonnie Stout, the Chief Operating Officer and Mike Moore who is the current CEO of the business.
The concept restaurant by J. Alexander’s Holdings is described to be a boutique-style restaurant that serves high quality food with professional service. You might be familiar with J. Alexanders at The Quarry (255 E. Basse Rd.), a high end, upscale restaurant with an attractive ambiance and professional service.
