LEON VALLEY, TX (October 29, 2024) – Foodies in Leon Valley have a new spot to add to their list with the grand opening of The District, a veteran-owned, intimate bistro at 6904 Bandera Road, Suite 5. Led by Executive Chef Edmund Perez, The District offers a curated selection of small plates, charcuterie, wine, and beer, aiming to create a cozy and unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Perez and his team have crafted a menu designed to delight, focusing on quality ingredients and expertly prepared dishes. The District offers both lunch and dinner services, with hours from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. On Saturdays, they extend evening hours until 10 p.m., with the kitchen closing at 8 p.m. for guests to enjoy a late evening over drinks. Sundays are reserved for a special brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering the perfect end to the weekend.

Currently, The District is running a delicious lunchtime special: a BLT on pan francois with pesto sauce and kettle chips for just $8, available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. With its intimate, bistro-style ambiance and personalized service, The District offers patrons a charming escape into fine flavors.
