SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 28, 2025) — The newly-renovated Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk is raising a glass to Fiesta 2025 with a colorful lineup of themed cocktails and mouthwatering bites, perfect for guests and locals looking to celebrate San Antonio’s beloved city-wide festival in style.
From April 24 through May 4, the hotel’s Q Kitchen | Bar is offering four lively Fiesta-inspired drinks, each bursting with festive flair and unique flavors. Guests can enjoy their cocktail in a regular cup or upgrade to a whimsical llama piñata cup for just $2 more, adding even more fun to their Fiesta experience.

In addition to the Fiesta-themed cocktails, Q Kitchen | Bar is also serving up brisket tacos, featuring house-smoked brisket, cotija cheese, tomatillo salsa verde, red onion, and poblano crema. And for a true Fiesta favorite, chicken on a stick is also available throughout the celebration.
Located directly on the River Walk, Q Kitchen | Bar offers chef-crafted food, locally brewed beers, and specialty cocktails, all in a vibrant setting with a 55-foot granite bar and comfortable lounge seating.
