Proudly presented by Tu Asador, this can’t-miss event pays tribute to the traditions of norteño culture, spotlighting the art of carne asada and discada with a competitive twist and authentic Mexican entertainment for the whole family.

Local grill masters will go head-to-head in an epic culinary showdown for the title of San Antonio’s Best Carne Asada and Discada. Attendees will sample sizzling plates fresh off the grill and cast their votes for the winning team—making this not just a tasting event, but a community-powered competition.
