SAN ANTONIO, Texas — March 20, 2025 — San Antonio residents are invited to join two beloved Texas institutions—Whataburger and the Texas Cavaliers—for the special “Oh Whata Night” charity event. This memorable fundraiser will take place Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at seven participating Whataburger locations throughout San Antonio.

The event aims to support local nonprofit organizations serving the intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) community. Whataburger will generously donate 20% of all proceeds earned during the event to these vital organizations.

Attendees will enjoy:

Meet and greet with King Antonio of the Texas Cavaliers at the 1243 Austin Hwy location
Free Whataburger medals for the first 50 customers at each participating location
Drawings for special Whataburger prizes, including “Free Whataburger for a Year”
Chances to win tickets to the Texas Cavaliers River Parade

Highlighting the evening, Whataburger will also present a special $40,000 check to the Texas Cavaliers, supporting 1,500 service members with parade tickets and further contributing to local IDD organizations.
