SAN ANTONIO, Texas — March 20, 2025 — San Antonio’s cherished Yes We Can / ¡Si Se Puede! Campaign is set for its 29th year, inviting the community to participate in the César E. Chávez March for Justice this Saturday, March 22. The march begins promptly at 9:00 AM at the historic Guadalupe Theater, located at 1301 Guadalupe Street.

Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to support the critical work of the San Antonio Food Bank, demonstrating community solidarity and generosity in honor of the legacy of César Chávez.

Important details to know:

  • Free VIA Transportation: Complimentary shuttles will operate from Our Lady of the Lake University (OLLU) between 8 AM and 10 AM, providing convenient access to the march’s starting point.
  • Water Stations Available: Hydration stations will be positioned along the march route to ensure comfort and safety for all participants.
  • Celebration at Civic Park: Following the march, from approximately 11:45 AM, marchers and supporters will gather at Civic Park in Hemisfair, featuring food trucks, live entertainment, and activities for the whole family.
  • Pet-Friendly Event: Pets are welcome, ensuring everyone in the family can participate in this community-building event.
