SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 19, 2025) – SeaWorld San Antonio’s beloved Seven Seas Food Festival is back beginning March 27, serving up an unforgettable journey of culinary delights from around the globe. Running Thursdays through Sundays until May 18, the festival will showcase more than 100 fresh, flavorful dishes and beverages inspired by international cuisines—including brand-new Gulf Coast and Mediterranean booths.

Festival-goers can savor mouthwatering culinary creations representing Brazil, Germany, Mexico, Hawaii, Japan, France, Jamaica, and many more. Highlights of this year’s new menu include:

Chicken Shawarma with Skhug Sauce: Juicy seasoned chicken served on naan bread with tomato, cucumber, and spicy cilantro sauce.
Grilled Mushroom Flatbread: Featuring shallots, wild mushrooms, crème fraîche, sauvignon blanc, garlic, thyme, and parsley.
Kickin’ Shrimp and Pineapple Flatbread: Spicy shrimp with adobo, garlic, lime, Monterey Jack cheese, pineapple, avocado feta, and cilantro.

This year’s festival also introduces exciting new beverages such as the refreshing French Gimlet, the non-alcoholic Fuji Blossom Fizz, and the vibrant Tropical Monkey cocktail.
